This looks a very useful forum; hope I can pick up a lot of tips ;D
I breed Highland Ponies on Islay and keep Lacaune milk sheep, Icelandic and Hebridean sheep, chickens and have just reared a few Bourbon Red Turkeys and Guinea Fowl. We butcher our own sheep and Red Deer and I'm a real food nutter.

'Fraid not. I just do bone broths, stews, roasts or pot roasts. :dunce: with green veggies. Very boring.
