Baking tin for geometric Swiss roll?

It's one of these... I did a google search for baking tin spiral maze & this was one of the hits!

Well, I never in a hundred years would have guessed that !
Sounds like you need some kind of smoker or cabinet to start with, but yum - I love smoked chicken and smoked cheeses so it looks a great idea. Let us know Sally when you've tried it.

Ive got one and love it.
My smoking cabinet is simply a cardboard box with a couple of cooling racks proped up on wood to make shelves, the smoker sits on an old bit of slate in the bottom of the box.
Every winter I do a load of smoked salmon and bacon. It's easy and really, really tasty.

Knew you lot would know <3
thanks everyone :-*

My hot tip would be to make sure you use the proper smoker fuel.
Old floor sweepings from where you cut your logs will impart a rather different flavour!
I hot smoke on a Weber smoker, but have always been intrigued to see how well the cold smoking snake devices work in reality.
Keep us posted.
