Hello Oldwolf- funny I know someone in the Central belt who has an allotment, and I'm sure I recommended this forum to that person.... Might just be a coincedence though!
I'm also in the Central belt, with just over an acre. Not much good on the growing things, but am ok on the animal side.

Hello from the central belt also
I don't yet have my land, but hope to soon. I would like to grow more fruit and veg next year, so I'm on here reading and learning all the time!

Hi from Co Durham, i wish sometimes that i had started with an allotment, at least i could have got some advice before i made my veggie mistakes, but i suppose thats half the fun. From no animals or growing two years ago, i've now got to having my own sunday diner yesterday which included my own lamb, garlic, rosemary, mint, thyme, onions, carrots, potatoes, and beetroot, hard work on top of shifts but so nice.
Rob. ;D
