Hi,

Just joined the forum, looking to expand my flock of layers and introduce some broilers and ducks for the table. Part time working for an irrigation company covering the UK soft fruit, top fruit nurseries and much more, the rest of the time I work on the family farm (arable and horticultural).

Looking for innovative ideas to keep pasture reared chickens, and anything else that inspires or might earn a bit of beer money.

Hi Hollister and welcome to the forum. How many hens do you have so far? I used to keep hens and loved it.

We do pastured meat birds for ourselves, inspired by Joel Salatin. Works well for us.
