Title: Newbie
Post by: Tearnenach on September 06, 2010, 06:50:08 pm
Hey folks, I would just like to introduce myself.
I am currently residing in Edinburgh, working for an NPO, dreaming the dream. I am about to come into some money and am planning my escape, but with funds limited, land, and the life still seem a distant horizon. I am also currently single, which means I have only one income with which to construct something, not a shared one.
Currently I am researching the ins and outs of planning, purchase and construction and the challenges after that stage has been accomplished.
I have just joined, and am looking forward to reading, discussing and participating :)

regards all :)

Hi and welcome from just outside Falkirk, I work in the outskirts of Edinburgh. I know it's not easy, epsecially on one wage. Just keep looking the whole time- even if you can find a tiny house in a rural area, you might be able to find some land nearby to use.

Best of luck with the search! And if you want a veggie garden plot- let me know, I never have time to cope with all our garden!
