Title: Apples

I have just stewed some apples with PLENTY of Sugar in the microwave, then added a carton of  of double cream that is way passed it's sell by date. its wonderfull. Just like an apple custard! Whats left (well I had to taste it didn't I?) I have put in the fridge to have cold with tonights dinner.
