Cut some shrubs down last week, husband got shredder out yesterday and was shredding them, i was down sorting goat fence out.
Realised today he has shredded the ash branches I was drying for goats.

I might have tried but there are 3 big bagfulls of mixed shrubbery,  :) .
Interesting thought though?

I wonder if shredded ash/willow branches would be OK, save having to dispose of all bits of branches that they leave ?

Thinking back there may have been Rhododendon , not much, but certainly not worth risking.
Interesting idea though, might have a look round at other shrubs and have a think.
Lot of trees and shrubs now getting too big, so shredded, used as bedding, then composted, should be good?  :)
