Title: Turkey Prices
Post by: velcro on September 20, 2008, 09:55:50 am
Can anyone offer advice as to what would be a reasonable price to charge per kilo for free range turkeys.
It's not a big business, just got some extra in this year for friends.
We are in Normandy, France.

Thanks for your help :turkey:

Hi Velcro ask Le Saint who also lives in France, they do really good turkeys each year.  Nothing to beat a free range turkey.

Hi Velcro,

HM knows me from another site too where I am called Le Saint, something to do with the village I live in!!!!!!

Last year we charged 7 euros a kilo for totally free range turkeys, will be checking with the abbitoir what they are charging this year and maybe increase price slightly.
Where in Normandy are you?

Carole
