oh i feel really guilty now you have a poor boy homeless  :( :'(

I hope he finds a lovely home, also wanted to ask if you have any POL and which type and are they good layers?  A friend is going to get some chooks and is coming over for a chat next week and wondered what her options would be for sourcing good layers locally?

if he's not excessively noisy (tho why i worry when the neighbours dog yaps 24/7 i don't know) I could have him & put him in with my 'browns' & black rocks & the LS  can go in with the 2 young ladies

from the noise he made when i put him in beside the roosting ladies he didn't seem too pleased with his new home, meanwhile LS cock has paced up & down the dividing fence, completely ignoring he 2 young girls i got him, even got on top of the coop & flew over at one point! Obviously prefers older ladies! Chooks!  ::)  no doubt they'll settle down with their new harems soon
