Title: Looking for a Derbyshire Light Sussex Breeder
Post by: swm on August 24, 2010, 11:16:01 am
Hi,

Does anyone know of a breeder either in or near Derbyshire who has Light Sussex hens (not bantams).

I have been asked by a neighbour, but have no idea myself as I only keep some hybrid hens for eggs.

Thanks,

Sam

Someone advertised on here a couple of weeks back.  They are in the Hope Valley, Derbyshire.  I had two POL pullets from him, and they are lovely big birds.  He still had some left, but obviously may have sold them now.  If this is near enough to you, I can PM his phone number, just let me know.  Not sure if he comes on here regularly.
