Title: Smallholding Monmouth/Abergavenny areas

Looking for a smallholding with traditional 2/3bed cottage
in a quiet area.  Would like to keep a small amount of livestock
I would appreciate any advice or contact from anybody
who has achieved this - I am sure there are lots of pitfalls
