Title: Shampoo for sheep
Post by: moprabbit on April 03, 2018, 10:24:49 pm
Wondered if anyone could recommend a suitable shampoo for sheep that will get rid of urine stains on the fleece? Also wondered if there was a shampoo that could be used to help prevent fly strike?  Thank you

showtime-supplies may have the product you want.  Are you planning to shampoo now?  Doing so will remove a lot of the lanolin that makes the fleece waterproof.  A pour-on such as Clik is the only thing that will prevent flystrike.

Thanks MF for your reply.I'm not thinking of shampooing now, just thinking about when we have some decent weather I'd clean up around their backends.
