Good evening all. I know that this is a question that is asked all the time and i have been trawling through this forum. I just wanted to make double sure.
I have two areas 25m x 9m each. They are next to each other and was wondering if these would be enough to raise 2 weaners?
Would it work if I put the arc in between with 2 doors instead of moving it from one area to the other?
Thanks in advance!

That's pretty much exactly what we did. Pig shed and water trough midway, accessible from both sides.
Alternated pigs each end.
Seemed to work well for us, although I guess it may depend on how big the pigs are / how long you keep them.

I'd say that'd be fine

Thanks for the replies.
Dav275, your set up looks great.
I was thinking of just 2 males and taking them to 6 months. What size are would anyone recommend?

We've got our first 3 at about 6 months now. They have an area about twice that size and have 'cleared' less than a quarter of the space, so I reckon that'd be fine.

Size rather depends on what breed you decide to go for. Some breeds go smaller as they tend to run to fat more easily. Others can be taken to 100 kilo's live weight with reasonable fat coverage.

Thanks all. I'm considering either OSB or GOS.
What size ark would I be needing to look for?
Thanks again. :)
