I would have used the loader to clear it if the gate opened outwards.. ;D

We just lifted our gates off their hinges in the end.
I've got a snowdrift inside the back of my car, if that's any good? I mean, I know Defenders aren't exactly famous for having good door seals, but.....

I think that gate would give way - it's a bit creaky (I had thought of it)
Lots of snow found it's way through cracks into the barn.. covered the ride-on which must have just been parked where all the drifty stuff swirls and settles...

We had a snow blower to shift some of the bigger drifts on our tiny little back road! Most excitement we'd had all week. Then showing the best of innovative thought, along came a tractor and silage blower which worked just as well. So that's the road passable at last.
I caused Mr F great amusement when I fell into a snowdrift and couldn't find the purchase to get back out - the snow was so dry I didn't get damp let alone wet as I floundered :hohoho: :snowman:

You are a hardy lot. As usual we had a minuscule two or three inches and most of that blew off to cause some other poor soul drift problems. But it was evil evil cold so been a very tough week with animals unnecessarily injuring themselves or simply dying just to cause trouble. We need a nice warm Spring, now.

How long did it take you with those two buckets? :roflanim: :roflanim: :roflanim:

It's OK - I'm still sniggering myself, especially as no pain was involved, just a total loss of dignity :dunce:
