Title: ai defra approved disinfectants
Post by: Perris on January 20, 2018, 10:15:52 am
would those with some experience kindly share their opinions on which to choose of the vast range of defra-approved ai disinfectants on the market? I am looking for something suitable for use in paved areas used by a tiny flock (just 6 birds), and I have a backpack sprayer if required.
Thanks!

Virkon S I think is available in sachet form in most country stores... that's probably the cheapest way of disinfecting. We use Sorgene 5 or Virkon LSP- both suitable for bird flu but more expensive as only available in larger containers.
