Morning just wondering what everyone else does with the buck - put in with the does and leave in for a month? or put does in as and when you notice them coming into season? Thanks for your comments

Mine are penned seperatly and taken to female in season. 2 jumps and back to own shed, unless inexperienced kid who takin too long and I have to go I leave in pen together for the day. Large numbers of goats people would let the buck run with them, and right down which ones hes with so have rough kidding date. Some people use ram raddle to help see the odd silent season or if they unable to watch them carefully. My goats get stressed if buck running with them all time in winter. They run together in summer when nobody in season.
