Follow up to copper bolus and vitamin debate
Its still early in season so outcomes could change but fertility rates seem to be up.
Kids seem more with it and very quick to get to thier feet and suckle
Only had to intervine with one dow and that was because her udder and teats were close to floor
Imo the differences are quite noticible

Well into kidding now, about a third of the way through . Percentages looking good, girls 60/40 so far

Was always against breeding a doe after a caesarean
Relief one of my does Beech-Hay Kabuki Dancer had a traumatic caesarean a couple of years ago at first kidding.Vet thought kid was dead and things went wrong during op so it took longer than normal, kid was born alive but due to anesthetic died. Never intended to breed her after that despite her being one of my favorites.
Well she kidded today all went well one doe :)
