Has anyone tried freezing them, we have quite a lot at the moment and wondered if they would freeze well

According to my Veg expert book:- use small turnips, wash, trim of the tops and roots, cut into slices and cubes, blanch for 3 minuites (drop into boiling water) cool, drain thoroughly, freeze in a rigid container. Hope this helps
For larger turnips i'm sure you could do the same but might only be good enough for stewes etc!!
