Title: best mini tractor mower?

Hi Everyone
What do people think is the best mini tractor/mower for doing everything on a small holding? I have been looking at Kubota BX2350s and equivalent John Deere's and could pay up to £6,000 for a second hand. I would need to mow a large lawn and the fields sometimes and need a 3 pt link, hydraulics, PTO, front loader if possible, 4x4, 20BHP + diesel for my 3 acre plot.

Thanks in advance for any replies, I am new to small holding as you might guess!!
