Hi Everyone - this looks a great site - very informative and clear. I've been keeping fattening cattle on my father in laws small farm for a number of years now, but I've decided to give sheep a go - though I'm a total novice. Looking forward to it and will be looking for advice and pointers along the way. Hopefully I'll be able to reciprocate one day!

I have, if you're interested, some breeding ewes for sale and ram lambs, an ideal starter flock... You're welcome to come take a look and have a chat if you like

Hi and welcome
You'll find sheep a lot more work than fattening cattle, but if you like 'em you won't mind that ;) :hugsheep: (But make sure you get ones you do like, therefore! ;))

 Welcome from Shropshire. Sounds interesting from the point of view of a spinner. It'll be interesting to hear what you decide to go for.
