Title: It has finally happened....

Hallo all,
After decades of planning and saving we have today legally exchanged on our new home -a small holding in South Wales.
So, we are very excited & slightly terrified, so so many plans and no idea where to start, and way more enthusiasm than funds.
We've been lurking and learning from this forum for a long time, many thanks to all who have shared their wisdom - We are looking forwards to pastures new!
