Hi everyone , I'm new to this forum but am a small time horsey - culture girl. We also keep a few chickens - loholm browns and a bluebell maran and a speckledy hen , 2 cockerals , 3 ducks and 4 horses ( 2 rescue shetlands ) and 2 two riding horses , 2 yellow labs and 2 guinea pigs - so we are pretty busy down here . I'll try not to ask too many stupid questions , cheers-me-dears xx

Hello and never be afraid to ask questions, it's the only way you learn.

Hi and welcome from dull and windy Alloa.
-
We do have a large family here and believe me , dishing out breakfast round here is like a military op. Also poo picking before I even get to look at a boiled egg and toast! By the time i get to work i`m knackered but happy. Sadly , I chose not to have kids - bad move - could have had a couple of little helpers - ho hum.

Hi, we're in Cornwall too ;D , far west. Welcome to the forum :D

We're nearby too - just outside Constantine, so welcome. Been here two years and love it. Sudanpan, did you have any luck with our hay contractor?

It's a very small world as we are just between Gweek and helston and we.re so lucky to live in such a beautiful spot - but the animals make it all the more pleasurable and where would we be without them?!
