Title: turkey chick attacked

we lost a turkey chick to a seagull today. are we allowed to shoot herring and blackback gulls if they are a threat.

As far as I know you can only not shoot seagulls in a built up area. If theyre in open fields and within the laws of where you can fire your gun then you can. Certainly where I am they're classed as vermin...
