not that i have taken any! YET
is this ok for grit for chickens?
this just came to my mind today ;)

Beach sand is rounded by wave action.  Chickens need sharp grit to work in their crops.

I collect shells on the beach and then spend some satisfying time bashing them with a hammer. my girls love them.

the beaches up here are full of brocken shells n stuff so we have a day out n i fill up a sack or two while im there go for it pal
