Seeking a 3 to 4 bedroomed house to let in Carmarthenshire - Gwendraeth, Cross Hands, Llanelli, Pwll/Burry Port/Pembrey, or Carmarthen areas preferred.
Has to be near a good bus route.
Must be family-friendly, as we have a little one.
Garden is a must, medium-sized at least. Ideally securely fenced.
Needs to be accepting of well-behaved outdoor pets and their responsible owners (animal care qualified).
We do have mini Shetland ponies at livery, so if the house had land of 1+ acres, or grass livery available nearby, that would be a massive bonus. Failing that, we will accept a normal family home.
Maximum of £750pcm for a house with land.
