Title: Lawful development certificate HELP
Post by: HappyBarney on June 07, 2017, 05:20:18 pm
Hey there nice smallholder people, ;D

Does anyone know if you can get two Lawful development certificates for the same piece of land, and if this is an easy or difficult task.

Need to extend the area of the current one in order to put in a new mobile home without having to make ourselves homeless in the process.

Local council not very helpful.  :-\

Thought we had dug groundworks inside the area but the council disagree and seem to have magicked up some weird measurements that do not correspond with what was agreed onsite, however they are now on the planning page and cannot be changed apparently. ???

Facing imminent homelessness as our old mobile home (now 30+ years old) disintegrates around us!

Do not want to pay for and then have to rip us what will be about £5000 worth of concrete!

Help, advice, useful websites welcomed with open arms.

I thank you.

Do you have any proof or witnesses to what was agreed on site ?
You could always continue and dispute the enforcement notice  if they serve one

I would pop over here post question on site
