Downstairs, in the east wing is further accomodation which can be part of the main house or could easily be adapted to be a seperate annex. This accomodation is very versatile. It includes a laundry, wet room, wc, and there are 3 rooms which could provide 3 further bedrooms or offices, a gym, games room, man cave, play room. It has the potential to also be a self contained flat.
The ground floor is wheel chair accessible.
The house benefits from under floor heating and there is planning permission for a double garage.

The paddock is available by seperate negation to buy or rent. It is 2.33 acres and has planning permission for 3 stables, hay store and tack room.

I love my chairs too, I hate it when people sit on them! I have a friend who has weak pelvic floor muscles and she is completely banned from them!
