Title: Approximately how much

Sorry for what may seem a silly question, does anyone know fairly exactly what is the average amount of chicken pellets one very large free range chicken would eat each day - ?  I need to cost a project for a friend.  I'm thinking of a brahma and of a cobbs.

well i feed my 6 chickens 1 1kg scoop a day and it just about all goes so i suppose about 150g but i also feed mine corn though. hope this helps :-\

Thanks thats a good start.  I feed mine adlib, but they have to fight it out with the free range pig
