milly and molly have tried pushing up the fence to get to hedge by kneeling down on their knees,
in the process of this they have left them selves with sores >:( >:( >:(
antiseptic spray is the solution i guess, any comments will be app.
i have to say i was cross with them and told them off ( in a goat freindly way!)
but molly has enough of trials without doing that to her self.
and i know she was the ring leader in all of this cos i did one day see her trying but thought nothing of it,
since milly is so interested in hay and more hay.

antiseptic if you think they need it.
goats do have quite funny knees anyway (I mean that in the nicest possible way of course!)

Langdon, goats can belly dance under low fences, jump over sheep netting between that and the two top strands .....its amazing where they can go if they want. I could not believe it when our large Toggenburg boys, crawled under the security fencing round their field shelter to get to the field.
Just watch any sores or cuts, with the warmer weather and the flies .....they can really irritate a sore if they keep landing on it, and flies seem drawn to cuts.

The ones in the freezer won't last long once you get the taste, so when are you going to get the next lot.
