Title: Wanted! Someone to butcher my ducks near Oxford

Hello all,

My mother in law has been raising muscovy ducks for both eggs and meat. She assumed that I would process the meat birds when the time came. Is there anyone who will process the birds for me? I've my own projects going and I just don't have the time.

Sorry to hijack this post but I would also be interested to hear about anyone willing to dispatch and prepare poultry/waterfowl in the Oxfordshire area
