Scottish Goverment Consultation on Small Landholdings - Under s124 of the Land Reform (Scotland) Act 2016 the Scottish Government is legally bound to carry out a review of small landholdings legislation and to consult with tenants and other parties. A report of the review and consultation is to be laid before Parliament by 31 March 2017. More information on this consultation can be found here http://www.gov.scot/Topics/farmingrural/Agriculture/agricultural-holdings/Small-Landholdings (http://www.gov.scot/Topics/farmingrural/Agriculture/agricultural-holdings/Small-Landholdings)
If you are a tenant of a smallholding in Scotland, you may be covered by this old bit of legislation that's up for review. Please check if you're not sure so that you can have your say.
