According to the book I read in-flight on Wednesday Gregoz (Raise happy chickens and other poultry- Victoria Roberts), they mature quickly and are edible from 12 weeks old. They need very little hanging.

What type are they ? pure breed hybrid etc ?

My pure breed ones were 16 weeks when I culled them.think hybrids are about 12-14 weeks and carry more breast meat.
