Looking for a registered tup !
Ideally Moorit and patterned as in Krunet, sokket, bleetet, bielst etc etc , the more patterned the better ;)
I'd take a tup lamb, I'd like a nice temperament , as I have 3 mature tups at home who he'd live with.
I adore my sheep so he'd be coming to a good new home.
I'm willing to travel within a reasonable distance to get one I like - so over to the East of Scotland, or further north than us or north of England, maybe as far as Yorkshire for the right boy !!
I'm 10 miles south of Glasgow .
Really need some new blood - preferably before tupping this year !
Of course we finally decide this after I can't stay for the sale yesterday at Carlisle lol !! ::)
Please feel free to share this or tell any of your Shetland sheep friends - I know not everyone is on here - thanks.
Please email me on lochbyre[member=35918]Me[/member].com or reply here with any pics , breeding , a price and location - thank you ! Susan

Hi,
I have one Yuglet/Katmoget Tup for sale, and I also have a Shearling Yuglet/Katmoget for sale
I am about 35-40 miles north of Glasgow , on the A9 dual Carriageway at Greenloaning ..postcode FK150NA,
Shearling is not registered , but he is eligible, and that is a formality that can be sorted easily..
regards
Richard

Hi Richard,
Defiantly interested - thanks,
Are the yuglet / Katmoget tups Moorit ? Or is the Moorit patterned ?
If that makes sense !
Thanks, Susan

Hi... no they are mostly white with black belly, will see if I have a photo , the older one " Corriedoom " is a large boy, very virile, the younger one is his son..
what I also meant was I had a Moorit available as well he is mostly one colour but great colours running through his wool, He was champion at Peebles 2013,,twice been coloured champion, and twice reserve coloured champion... .. I will try get more pictures when I get back from market tomorrow..

Thanks for the photos - they look lovely tups, but I breed for patterned sheep. So I really need a patterned tup - I've got 2 grey Katmoget who are patterned and a light grey gulmoget yuglet at the moment so I'm looking to add a Moorit patterned to my flock - but thanks so much anyway :)

Is a moorit sneedled sokket a real thing then, and not just something from a Dr Seuss book?
If so, I don't care what it is - I want one! :roflanim:
