Title: what do we need

apart from the movement paper what else do we need to take with us
to the slaughter house.

the pigs?? :o

when we went there Monday we had the movement paper which was completed on site, then we were asked to fill in a declaration to confirm we would be washing & disinfecting the trailer, there was also a page from the abbatoir which you fill in your CPH number, ear tags etc this is for tracability through the 6/7 stages of the slaughter process. other than that i cannot think of anything else

You have to download a food chain info form, not sure if I got the link, if I have I'll post it when I find it otherwise pm me and I will email it to you (I got it saved on an email). Obviously, the PIGS! tagged or slapped! movement form, fci form, oh and take the bucket with a bit of feed just in case they wont get off the trailer!! They will ask if you want to clean the trailer there or if you want to sign a form to say you will do it when you get home! When are they going??

I fill mine in online and then a few days after you've been to the abattoir you get an email confirming all the details and a report from MHS.

My abbatoir doesnt do the online way!! I manually do it and take it with me.

was suppost to be on monday, but the exaust went on our 4x4  >:( >:( >:(
and that was my birthday is well, so i was hoping to take it in on my birthday.(first pig)
next tues now he is going.
