Title: Bl***y Insurance Company
Post by: Daisys Mum on May 24, 2010, 01:45:26 pm

I can't believe it (my Victor Meldrew Impersonation there) Just got in the renewal quotes for my 3 dogs to find that it had gone up by 30% so rather than spend hours trawling around looking for new ones thought that I would phone them up and ask if they could improve on quote, being quite prepared to reduce the cover. I don't need kennel fees, holiday protection or advertising if lost etc, just really want to cover vets fees mainly.
Before I could get more than a few words out she was offering to cancel policy. So I have taken my business away from More Than, having discovered that it means that they want More Than anyone else. Have now found cover elsewhere for £20 a month less and including lifetime illness cover.

I'ev just insured Bobby (my pup) with more than - on lifetime basis - for just under £10 a month, but the quote for all five dogs was just too much.

They wanted £47 for 2 chihuahuas and 1 Jack Russell, it's not even as if they are valuable dogs the chihuahuas are both neutered and 8 yrs old and Daisy Russell was only £125 and is neuterd too.
