-
Snap Langdon as in first three pigs go Monday, but birthday not for another couple of weeks so ciders will have to be on ice and bbq on standby
-
We always used to have a home reared pig, and yes, the taste is amazing. But do you know, getting soft in my old age, and I can no longer eat anything myself that has been here. I would have to sell it and let someone else do the deed. Have to buy other peoples pigs etc and do it that way!!!
I am sure your pig will have been worth the wait.
Will have to try and remember to wish you happy birthday on Monday.
Will you be 21? :D

Save the steaks or if you are doing bacon the filet mignon. Happy birthday for Monday. Your first pig deserves champagne rather than cider.
