We have kids, twin girls :)
We have had one or two teething problems and needed some help (thank you Roxy and our friends) and now they are latched on and settling right in. And breathe :)

aww, theyre gorgeous.
(even with the ginormous earrings!! lol )
-
Oh they're ever so cute! I do hate eartags though, they spoil kids looks.

Two little sweetie pies!! But yes, those ear rings are rather large, aren't they!!!
-
yes they look really ugly, remind me of golf tees. Smaller ones would suit them far better.
They are drinking up well and have well and truly made friends with us
-
Nice wee kids - are they AN crosses with Saanen? Just looking at the floppy ears.
Why did you decide to put the eartags already in? Mine haven't got theirs yet, will only do them a couple of weeks before their first outing. They don't need to have them until 6 months unless they get sold or taken to shows.
-
Yes they are Saanen x AN :) Caroline has lemony colour spots and a tiny brown line down her spine.
They were bought from holding the other side of the county and so we had no choice :) they had just been done.
-
Oh, I thought they were born on your holding. It seems the AN ears come through very strongly in crossbreds, my GGxAN also has these loopy ears. Takes some time to get used to when they are shaking them...
Have fun feeding them!
-
Helicopter ears! All AN crosses have them, it seems to be quite a strong gene.

Molly, who has the two white kids, has AN ears, but she looks like a sanaan. And the two Alpine coloured girls I got recently, are defintely crossed with AN, they too have the ears, and they are BIG girls. Hoping they will be big milkers too :D
