As 'mother Hen' to our 9 new arrivals I have noticed that some of them have a problem with poo sticking to their bottoms  :P

Can anyone advise the best way to clean them - they are 4/5 days old, and doing really well apart from mucky bums!

 Thanks

Mine had the same. I just used tissues and warm water did the job!

-
Thank you! I was assuming that would be the answer, unless anyone had any other ideas!

Feels like having a baby again - but I was naughty - we were told to use cotton wool and water in the maternity unit but I smuggled in some baby wipes - so much easier!

Don't suppose there's a 'baby wipe equivalent' for chicks!  ;)
