Title: "Grassland Smallholding" by Bryce & Wagenaar

Having  clear out of my bookshelf.  This slim volume was published in 1985 so some of the info, especially on regulations, now seems wonderfully straightforward by comparison with today, but aims to give the prospective smallholder a practical approach to running a permanent grassland smallholding on commercial lines.  If anyone would like it I'll post it at no charge.  First past the post to PM me gets it!
