Have a new gilt weaner bought two weeks ago. Last couple of days started coughing, breathing laboured.I've given antibiotics injection yesterday but she's not improving. She is drinking a little and eating. She's with a small mixed age herd outside who are all fine with well ventilated bed. Instinct is to take her out from them and care for seperatly but she has not known me me long enough to trust me and be easily handled. Any tips /advice much appreciated. Thanks

I think the VET is in order on this occasion, it could be pneumonia? possibly not sure. It would be adviseable to consult the vet. What did you use?

Thanks Julie for quick reply. I've separated her into a small pen with her sibling...seems a bit better I can keep a close eye on her - fingers crossed she has a good night..her temperature is ok so hoping she starts to recover.
Thanks Again
