Title: Splintered Horns
Post by: Pinecooler on June 16, 2016, 08:52:07 am
Went out this morning to find that my buck has somehow managed to splinter his horns.

He was fine when I put him away last night and then this morning he looked like the picture attached.

He shares a pen just now with the two girls while I finish the separate pens. I cant see any signs of what he has damaged them on or how.

My intent is to clean up the splinters and keep a close eye on him but just wanted to know if there is anything I should worry about.

He must have given something a good whack to do that. Hope he's ok.
