Sorry to appear like this after being missing for so long, life has taken a number of twists!

I am having to move house because of work, and am therefore going to have to rehome my goats  :'(

Can anyone help please? I have attached details about them.

Thank you,

Oh, sorry. Will try to copy it here:

Goats needing very good new  homes - in the following groups:

My job is changing, which is going to mean moving house. I am therefore having to rehome my goats :-((

If you can offer the following friendly goats a great home, or know someone who can, please get in contact (contact details at bottom).

Ellie - Old English, 8  yrs old
Nica -- Old English, 1 year old, Ellie's kids from last year

Photo last year - Nica now half-grown.

Frank and Eric - two Nigerian Dwarf? wethers, brothers, rescues but about 3 years old.

Ideally to go with Ellie and Nica, with whom they are good friends, but certainly need to go together.

Rowan - Old English, 4 years old
Jute and Jinny - Old English, 2 years old, Rowan's kids from 2014.
These three should be pets and not bred from, Jute is wethered. Need to go together.

Hi,

We'd be interested in helping with the old English goats. We've been looking for some for a little while. We're not moving into the new smallholding till July... what are your timelines?

I will email that address too when I'm sat at the computer.

Many thanks

Adam

Which ones might you be interested in?

Our primary concern will be for cottager goats, I.e. females capable of milking.

Had a few chats with people to try and educate ourselves between English goats and old English goats. Seems they'll both provide at least a couple of pints per day.

I don't know if you're on the "goaty friends" fb group, but there's a few oeg and eg keepers over there too.

Thank you  :) Yeh, I can't quite imagine life without my  :goat:. But gotta earn a living and unfortunately that means moving, and what with my inability to stay married, I can't afford a place with the sort of land I've got here.
Will just have to hope for excellent homes for them and that they bring other people the joy they've brought me  :goat:
Perhaps one day in the future I'll have livestock again......
