Title: Useful spreadsheet
Post by: Sharondp on May 04, 2010, 06:47:51 pm
Trying to work out how much I'm spending on my chickens, with a view to breeding and selling Buff Orpingtons - found this spreadsheet - American - but can obviously be adapted.

Might be useful to someone!

That looks pretty impressive - certainly better than my 3 columns for the goats!

Hi Sheila
If you have the summary page open - click in the Date 1, $ box then with the one cell highlighted, drag the highlighting down to include the grey col. With those cell's highlighted, right click your mouse and a menu will appear, select 'Format Cells', in the Type: box you will see a formula something like _("$"*#,##0.00_) and so on, all you need to do is carefully replace all the $ with £ and click ok - best of luck, Clare
