Title: Printed food labelling question
Post by: Highlandrose on April 15, 2016, 08:52:55 am
I am currently trying to find out what is the best way to label food jars and egg boxes. I have bought labels for my eggs before from the internet where I tell the person what I want. However, I would like to see if there is a way that I can just print the labels myself so that I can do a variety of things. Does anyone make their own labels for their food and if so how? Where do you buy labels from, do you need a particular computer programme to print?

I use the standard sheets of  envelope labels,  the sort you can get from Staples etc. My template is just a table that you use in Microsoft Word. if you pm me I will try to send you one

You can produce the table in Word quite easily - there is a "labels" function that makes it straightforward. Did our egg boxes with it.
