Had a ewe lamb with a single yesterday morning.started scouring very badly last night and has not eaten anything since. She's very weak, looks dull and struggles to stand. Have drenched her with wormer and fluke, some sheep conditioner and a twin lamb drench to try and give her some energy. She's had hexasol today as well. Any advice on keeping her going? Bottling the lamb at present to take the pressure off her

Consult your vet. Was it a straightforward lambing?

Have a very similar ewe and similar problem. Birthed herself, lamb and ewe ok for about 12-24 hours and then ewe looking miserable, head down, minimal milk and scouring.
Vet checked I hadn't missed a second lamb (I hadn't) and gave her painkillers and antibiotics. I wormed and flaked her as I would with my ewes after birthing and before i turn them out. She's had her second dose of antibiotics and is starting to pick up although not herself yet. Not sure her milk is going to come in enough for the lamb but he is happy to take what he can from her and the rest from me. Get your vet in.

Is her rumen working, you can feel if it is by putting your hand firmly on her stomach, if it isn't then you need a rumen starter, we have had a couple of cases of this and the best bet is to call the vet and he /she can bring a product designed for cattle.
