Title: clearing land what next

got 1 acre to clear and grass......in late summer I sprayed everything plot was infested with docks nettles giant hogweed etc etc..... harrowed lots of rubbish up..... last week rotovated and flattened out,,,,,, now whats next in a few weeks time do I wait for weeds to sprout again and spray them then grass seed and disc roller or do I just wait to seed it and roll.............. also what can I spray weeds with amoungst young grass

Firstly do you have sprayer licence?  ... as of last Nov no one without a certificate should legally be spraying.

?????????? how does that work ie when does a large garden become a farm or do we need one for a garden ??

You are fine if only using stuff from the garden centre I guess ....

looked it up confusing as its my own land think I don't need licence but I need one of ime paid ie a pro

I don't think you can really spray weeds in new grass, just mow and the grass will eventually smother out the weeds
