Post by: bloomer on March 04, 2016, 04:54:54 pm
I have found new grazing for my sheep which I'm very happy about up till now everywhere I have used has been on a hand shake this place is excellent but needs a formal agreement.

Where can I find a template for a grazing let please?

Bloomer you will need one specifically for Scotland as English and Scots law are very different.

Local mart or sac can help, local marts do lot's of grass lets. Or strutt and parker / galbraith solicitors.
Best to get it done right , people don't want to do informal agreement anymore as people are terrified their land get's stolen from them due to government keeping changing things.
