Title: sewage treatment plant
Post by: The Woodsiders on February 29, 2016, 07:24:29 pm
Today I received an advertising flyer and covering letter from a company advising me that as I have a sewage treatment plant installed it is a] LEGAL requirement of the Environment Agency that I must have a maintenance contract with a recognised company, having had the plant for some years, as have all our neighbours, our Hamlet does not have main drainage, this is the first myself and all neighbours have heard of this, can anyone advise if this is correct.
Our treatment plants are all classed as domestic and are emptied at least once a year depending on the number of occupants of the property.

Thanks
