Well yesterday I decided to go for a run down the village, forgetting to warm up properly beforehand I went for the run ( took about half an hour to run down to the shop and of course I walked back up). I felt a tad bit stiff, but went about my usual tasks of mucking out buildings and feeding animals; It was only a tad bit later in the evening after dinner I tried to get up from my chair and it was so painful I couldn't walk properly. I decided to have an early night, so I went to bed and today I could hardly walk, I mananged to loosen my muscles up a little to feed animals, which my brothers helped with (we do divide the jobs equally you see and help each other as a family unit :) ) well now it has gotten a tad bit better, but my muscles feel like they have been ripped out of place, I'll have to give it a few days to rest and I certainly won't do that again without properly warming up first ::) A word of warning guys always warm up before a run/walk and never clean out 2 buildings afterwards :roflanim:

And con't forget a cool down and, most importantly, a stretch, afterwards as well. Hope you can walk again soon.
