I live up near Banff, aberdeenshire and really looking for an old caravan or horsebox for a takeaway cake and tea project for this coming spring/summer. Not looking to spend much or a free to uplift would be handy as renovation will cost a bit I'm sure. Thanks it's to add a different dimension on a small Portacabin farm shop I opened. Thanks in advance.

Sometimes it is better to get an item that's already been converted than to start from scratch as conversions always cost more than originally anticipated.
I ran a mobile snacks caravan some years ago and we bought an old one that had been used by a couple now retiring. It didn't cost a lot as they'd had their moneysworth out of it, but it was aleady fitted out with absolutely everything and we also got a wealth of good advice from the previous owners as well. You can spend a lot of time and effort running all over the place to get items which we got included. and when we'd finished with it we sold it for what we paid for it.
